Established ("we") runs this website and provides AI search visibility and advertising services to businesses. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Forms: what you type: business details, your name, email, phone, website and notes.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic analytics and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel, which records page views and form submissions so we can measure our ads. Meta's use of that data is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To run your free AI check, contact you about it, and deliver services you buy.
• To manage your business listings, website content, reviews and ads, only with your authorization.
• To measure and improve our own advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (hosting: Cloudflare; payments: Stripe; messaging and email providers; directory and listing services when we build your listings) and the platforms you authorize us to manage (Google, Meta, Yelp, Microsoft, Apple). We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Customer data

When we send review requests for your business, we use only the customer contact details you give us, only for that purpose. We never handle medical or patient records.
